At our store, we specialize in fragrance decants — small, hand-filled samples designed to help customers explore and test perfumes before committing to full-sized bottles. Due to the nature of these products, all decants are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
Purpose of Decants
Decants are offered specifically for testing fragrances. Scent perception is highly subjective and may vary from person to person. Returns will not be accepted based on personal preference, including but not limited to liking or disliking a fragrance.
Hygiene and Safety
All decants are prepared under strict hygienic conditions. However, because they are consumable and personal-use items, we cannot accept returns once they have been dispatched.
Authenticity Assurance
We guarantee that all decants are sourced from genuine, original retail/tester bottles. Minor variations in scent perception or performance may occur due to factors like skin chemistry, storage, or environment.
Packaging and Leakage
Each order is carefully packed to minimize the risk of leakage or damage during transit. In the rare event of a damaged or leaking item, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video evidence.
Order Accuracy
Please ensure that your order details (fragrance name, size, quantity) are correct before placing your order. We do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrectly selected products.
