All fragrance decants sold by Valley Decants are sourced from genuine, original retail or tester bottles. We do not sell counterfeit or imitation products. Minor variations in scent performance may occur due to skin chemistry, storage conditions, and environmental factors — these are not grounds for returns or refunds.

By placing an order on our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is accepted via UPI, debit/credit card, and other available payment methods. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in select locations.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location and are estimates only — we are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Due to the personal and consumable nature of fragrance decants, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges unless the item received is demonstrably damaged or incorrect.
